Donald Gray Trivette died 2001 

Don Trivette of 477 Trivette Road, Union Grove, NC died of a massive heart attack while working at a service station on December 6, 2001.  He was born on August 8, 1950, one of six brother and a sister.  We knew Don as a checker player.  Don was a North Carolina Checker Association Lifetime member.  I have records showing he played in the Southeastern - District IV held in Sanford in 1976 and several other NC tournaments.  We will hold his membership in memorial and remember his contribution to our great game.  We will miss Don as a player of the tournament circuit but most of all his friendship.
